When I pulled up to the quaint bungalow tucked away in the Los Angeles hills, Daniella Monet was already sitting in the glam chair getting prepped for our cover shoot for Saturne Magazine. At five months pregnant, the “Victorious” actress was looking better than ever as the hair and make up team worked their magic.

In the meantime, wardrobe stylist Lauren Taylor and I started going through the days looks and narrowed down our top choices for the days shoot which wasnt an easy task, just look at all these beautiful garments.

KINDER BEAUTY BOX :

Kinder Beauty is a new monthly box subscription co-founded by actresses and animal activities, Evanna Lynch and Daniella Monet. Kinder Beauty Box, is a cruelty-free and vegan monthly subscription box. We launched less than 2 months ago, and our very first boxes shipped out to customers starting on Jan 15. Every product in our boxes will be vegan, palm oil-free, and made by companies that are 100% cruelty-free. 

We’re all about creating positive change in the world, and so we’ll be donating a portion of proceeds to our favorite animal rights groups. For the month of January, we’re donating to the LA County Animal Care Foundation in appreciation of the life-saving work they did during the CA wildfires. On top of that, we’re proud to say our packaging is made from 100% recycled and eco-friendly materials (even the ink used to print the logo is soy-based, not made from petroleum).

Having taken the risk 3+ years ago, Outstanding Foods is Daniella Monet’s first significant investment. With lead investor Rob Dyrdek, and a countless number of strategic influencers, actors, and athletes as investors, Outstanding Foods has been able to create a mushroom chip that not only emulates BACON, but will help people eat healthier while saving the lives of piggies! Our Pig Out Chips have become a viral product via social and was recently named Whole Foods Market’s Top 10 Trends for 2019. 

 

 SUGAR TACO: 

Sugar taco is a female owned, carbon neutral, vegan, taco shop aiming to make quality vegan food accessible to everyone.  They have also partnered with 8 Billion Trees (8billiontrees.com) and will be planting a tree for every meal sold.  Additionally, many of their food items will support Food for Life Global; by purchasing one of those meals it will send a healthy vegan meal to a child in need.  Sugar Taco will open in May inLos Angeles: www.sugartaco.com
